How does TourOrganization.com work?
Join a ready-made tour or event, start a group request with your friends, publish your own tours and events, or offer your products and services as a supplier — all on one platform.
For attendees
Creating an account is completely free. As an attendee you can:
- Discover tours and events. Search by destination, category/subcategory, transportation or organizer to find approved listings that suit you. Browse the categories — from tours to weddings and business events.
- Get quotes without signing up. In a hurry? Fill in the quick quote form — no registration, one minute. Approved organizers and suppliers get in touch, and you follow their quotes through a private link.
- Book instantly. Choose the number of seats for a tour or event you like and send a request; your booking is confirmed once the organizer approves it.
- Create a group request. Describe a tour you want to go on or an event you're planning (a wedding, birthday, conference...), and let other attendees join you to form a group.
- Compare organizers' quotes. Several organizers can quote a per-person price for your request; you choose the one with the best terms.
- Request quotes directly from suppliers. Discover suppliers such as florists, musicians and car rentals for your own event and ask them for quotes — you can accept several suppliers independently, alongside an organizer's quote.
- Manage your bookings. Track their status on the "My Bookings" page and cancel if you need to.
- Share your experience. Rate the organizer and leave a review for tours and events you've completed.
- Stay in the loop. Get instant notifications about new quotes, approvals and updates.
For organizers
Do you run tours, trips or events? When signing up, tick "I organize events" and put your listings in front of thousands of potential attendees. If you rent out a venue such as a wedding hall, café or boat, that counts as supplying — see the "For suppliers" section below; you can also choose both.
- Publish your tours and events for free. Add a title, description, daily program, photos/videos, price and capacity — whether it's a tour, a wedding or a business event.
- Get approved by an admin. Every listing you publish gets a short review before it goes public — so every listing on the platform stays trustworthy.
- Manage booking requests. Approve incoming requests or decline them with a reason; you can also approve with an updated price.
- Quote on group requests. See the open requests attendees have created and send a quote with your per-person price.
- Find suppliers. Discover suppliers such as florists, caterers and decorators for your own tour or event and request quotes directly.
- Add attendees yourself. Record bookings that come in by phone or in person with "Add Attendee".
- Build trust with your public profile. Your ratings and reviews appear on your organizer page.
- Create offline listings. You can also publish private tours or events that stay out of the public listings and that only you keep track of.
For suppliers
Florists, caterers, musicians, clowns, car rentals, wedding dress and jewelry rentals — or a venue such as a wedding hall, café or boat. If you provide products, services or a venue for events, choose "I supply products, services or venues" when signing up:
- Publish your product and service listings for free. Build a catalog with a title, description, photo and a single price (per item, per person, per package, per day or per hour).
- Get approved by an admin. Your listings get a short review before they go public.
- Receive direct requests. Attendees planning their own events and organizing companies can send you quote requests straight from your public profile.
- Send price quotes. Reply to each request with your own price and message; the deal is done once the requester accepts.
- Quote on open requests. "I'm looking for..." requests from attendees and organizers reach you according to your service types, so you can quote without waiting to be contacted. Other suppliers never see your quote.
- Build trust with your public profile. The provinces you serve, your service types, your references and your ratings all appear on your profile.
