Describe the event you are planning (destination or venue, preferred date, target number of attendees).

Let the group grow

Other attendees can see your request and join. The more people join, the better the prices organizers can offer.

Quotes come in

Approved organizers quote on your request with a per-person price and terms; you can also request quotes directly from suppliers. Organizer quotes are private to you; other organizers can't see them.

Accept the terms

Accept the terms of the quote you like. The person who created the request finalizes the quote once enough attendees are ready.

Your booking is ready

When the quote is accepted, a booking is created automatically for everyone who accepted the terms. Nothing else to do.
